Driver License: PennDOT Offers Replacement Driver License & Motor Vehicle Products
PennDOT Offers Replacement Driver License & Motor Vehicle Products to Flood Victims at No ChargeHARRISBURG, Pa., In light of the recent flooding that has occurred throughout the Commonwealth, Pennsylvania State Transportation Secretary Allen D. Biehler, P.E., today announced that PennDOT will offer flood victims replacement driver license and vehicle products at no charge, through Nov. 8.
Driver license products include duplicate licenses, learner's permits and photo identification cards. Motor vehicle products include replacement license plates and stickers; registration cards; duplicate titles; and Person with Disability placards.
"Anyone whose Pennsylvania driver's license or motor vehicle product has been lost or destroyed as a result of the flooding that hit Pennsylvania will be able to apply for replacement credentials and receive them free of charge," Biehler said. "It's the least we can do for the people in Pennsylvania who have been struck by this disaster."

HADDAM -- The public will have a chance to discuss the ordinance for the removal of abandoned, inoperable or unregistered motor vehicles for the first time at a 7 p.m. Oct. 13 public hearing in the 439 Saybrook Road Fire House.
First Selectman Tony Bondi said the ordinance was created because there have been many complaints about such vehicles in the past five years
